Mission Statement

"Representing agriculture and our member families through information and legislation to improve financial stability and quality of life."

The LaSalle County Farm Bureau started out as “The Better Farming Association of LaSalle County”. Their first meeting was held in Ottawa on April 25, 1914. Over the years the office has been located at several properties in the county but it is currently located at 4201 N. Columbus Street, Ottawa, IL.

Today LaSalle County Farm Bureau currently serves over 6,000 members each year. To get the most out of your LaSalle County Farm Bureau membership get involved with our LaSalle County Farm Bureau committees and our local events. Also don’t forget to take advantage of our local and state discounts!

Farmer’s Share
The Farmer's share donation program is used to

grow our Ag in the Classroom program by providing hands on activities that will be used throughout the county.

Ag in the Classroom is a free, educational program

designed to help 4th grade students in LaSalle County

better understand where their food comes from.

A great opportunity to help the youth of our

community learn more about agriculture!

Please consider donating $25, $50, or $100

to receive your name on our Farmer’s Share board.

The LaSalle County Farm Bureau Foundation is a 501(c)(3) Entity; your donation is tax deductible.
